Rush of Gold
Go-to-Market & 12-Month Roadmap

A hybrid strategy, deliverables plan, and quarterly-sprint roadmap to take Rush of Gold from pre-launch to a compliant, compounding player-acquisition engine.

Section 01

The engagement at a glance

Executive Summary

Rush of Gold is preparing to enter one of the most competitive, and most tightly regulated, consumer categories in the world: online real-money gaming. The product is built and the runway to launch is short, with a target of going live before the end of September. What stands between a strong concept and a genuine category contender is a marketing engine capable of acquiring players compliantly, retaining them profitably, and building a brand that earns trust in a space where trust is the scarcest asset.

This document is deliberately a hybrid, part proposal and part roadmap. It sets out how Link Creative will build that engine, what Rush of Gold receives at each stage, how success is measured, and what the engagement costs. Most agencies would hand over four disconnected line items, organic social, paid media, influencer, and affiliate, and leave the founding team to stitch them together. Link treats these as one interlocking acquisition system, fed by a single content engine and held together by embedded, white-glove account representation.

The sections that follow move from context to strategy, to measurable goals, to the month-by-month plan, to exactly what is delivered and what it costs. By the Investment section, the shape and reasoning behind the engagement should be clear.

Section 02

The market, the constraints, and the pre-launch position

Understanding the Opportunity

Before any tactics, it is worth being honest about the board Rush of Gold is playing on. The strategy that follows is shaped directly by this reality.

A large market, but crowded and guarded

Online real-money gaming is one of the fastest-growing categories in digital entertainment, with strong per-player economics and high lifetime value when retention is done well. It is also saturated with well-funded incumbents, and the channels most brands lean on for cheap early growth are restricted or closed to gaming operators. High value, high competition, and constrained channels are exactly why a deliberate, sequenced approach beats a spray-and-pray launch.

The pre-launch advantage

Being pre-launch is a genuine asset. There is no legacy content debt, no mismatched brand voice to unwind, and no compliance shortcuts to clean up later. The acquisition system can be built correctly from day zero, with the right tracking, creator relationships, affiliate terms, and a content library ready before the doors open. Launching before the end of September means the momentum built now begins compounding immediately rather than starting cold.

The hard truth about marketing a real-money gaming brand

The major paid platforms, Meta, TikTok, and Google, heavily restrict or prohibit real-money gaming advertising, and enforcement is unforgiving: accounts are suspended first and questioned later. This reshapes the entire channel mix.

The hard truth, and what it means for the channel mix

  • Paid social cannot be the primary engine. Where permitted, it must run through properly certified accounts, geo-fenced, age-gated, and creatively compliant. It amplifies; it does not carry the launch.
  • Affiliate and creator channels carry disproportionate weight. In iGaming they are the industry's dominant acquisition mechanism, operating on trust and performance rather than blocked ad auctions.
  • Organic and community are non-negotiable. A living, credible social presence is what converts creator-driven and affiliate-driven traffic into registered, depositing players.
  • Compliance is a creative constraint, not an afterthought. Responsible-gaming messaging, age-gating, geo-restriction, and clear terms are baked into every asset from the first draft, protecting the brand and keeping channels open.

Rush of Gold's growth will be led by content, creators, and affiliates, supported by a strong organic community, and amplified, surgically and compliantly, by paid media. This is the opposite of a typical DTC launch, and it is the correct model for this category. Where Rush of Gold sits on the spectrum, from offshore, bonus-led speed to regulated, trust-forward credibility, is set by the brand workstream. Wherever it lands, the engine underneath is built to flex.

Section 03

Owned by the brand workstream

Brand Foundation

Strategy sits on top of brand, not the other way around. Every channel, creative asset, and creator partnership in this proposal draws its voice, look, and promise from the Rush of Gold brand foundation.

Placeholder — inputs from the brand workstream

  • Positioning and where Rush of Gold sits in the category
  • Brand personality, tone of voice, and messaging pillars
  • Visual identity: logo system, palette, typography, motion
  • Core brand promise and the player value proposition
  • Naming and language conventions for campaigns and creators

This workstream is owned by the dedicated brand team and will be integrated into the final compiled strategy once delivered. Once received, Link Creative aligns all content, community, creator, and paid work to these guidelines so the brand shows up consistently from the first post to the highest-value VIP touch.

Section 04

One acquisition system, four interlocking channels

Our Approach

The central thesis

Rush of Gold does not need four marketing services. It needs one acquisition system with four interlocking channels, fed by a single content engine and held together by relationship-led account service. Treating organic, paid, influencer, and affiliate as separate silos is the most common, and most expensive, mistake operators make. Each channel underperforms alone; wired together, they compound.

One content engine, four channels

Organic social — the always-on brand engine

Owned channels prove the product is alive, credible, and worth trusting. They warm the audience that creators and affiliates send Rush of Gold's way, and give paid media something legitimate to point to.

Influencer, UGC & creators — trust and reach where paid cannot go

Creators reach audiences in the exact places real-money-gaming ads are blocked and carry personal credibility an ad never will. Managed as a paid channel with briefs, compliance guardrails, usage rights, and performance tracking, not one-off gifting.

Affiliate — the performance backbone

Affiliates are the dominant acquisition mechanism in iGaming because they are pure performance. Link builds the program, recruits and vets partners, sets commercial terms, supplies compliant creative, and manages relationships so quality traffic scales without inviting fraud or brand risk.

Paid media — surgical amplification

Within permitted channels, and through properly certified accounts, paid media amplifies content and offers already proven to convert. A scalpel used precisely, never the blunt instrument the launch depends on.

Four principles that govern every decision

Compliance-first

Responsible-gaming messaging, age-gating and geo-controls are built into every asset from first draft. This protects the brand and keeps channels open.

Content-led

One production engine feeds all channels, so the brand shows up consistently and the pipeline never runs dry.

Performance-accountable

Every channel is tied to a defined KPI and reported against benchmarks. Optimisation targets efficient, retained player growth, not vanity metrics.

Community-owned

Link builds an audience Rush of Gold owns, so growth compounds and is not rented from a single fragile channel.

Section 05

KPIs and what success looks like by phase

Goals & Success Metrics

Success is defined up front, so the roadmap reads as a plan to hit real targets rather than a list of activity. The North Star is simple: steadily grow the number of new paying players brought in, do it at a sensible cost, and keep them playing, not chase follower counts.

Grow new paying players

First-time depositors (FTDs) are the clearest sign the marketing is working, tracked from the first week of launch.

Keep growth efficient

Cost per new player (CPA) and signup-to-deposit rate confirm the engine is growing at a sensible, defensible cost.

Build lasting player value

30 / 60 / 90-day retention confirms Rush of Gold is building lifetime value, not renting attention that churns.

The terms in plain English

FTD — First-Time Depositor

A new player who makes their first real-money deposit. The clearest sign of real growth.

CPA — Cost Per Acquisition

What Rush of Gold spends, on average, to turn someone into a paying player.

LTV — Lifetime Value

The total revenue a player is worth over the whole time they stay with Rush of Gold.

ROAS — Return on Ad Spend

How much revenue each dollar of paid budget brings back.

Retention / CRM

Keeping existing players active through email, SMS and on-site messaging; CRM is the system that manages those relationships.

UGC — User-Generated Content

Casual, authentic content made by creators and players rather than polished brand ads.

RG — Responsible Gaming

The rules and safeguards that keep marketing compliant and players protected.

What success looks like by phase

By Month 3

Launch executed cleanly; owned channels live and growing; creator and affiliate programs recruiting; tracking and compliance verified; first new players flowing in.

By Month 6

Repeatable, measurable acquisition across affiliate and creator channels; a proven content-to-deposit path; cost per new player trending toward target; early retention healthy.

By Month 12

A durable, compounding engine: multiple scaled channels, an owned community, a mature affiliate program, and acquisition costs that make player value clearly profitable.

Section 06

Four quarterly sprints — the centerpiece

The 12-Month Roadmap

This is the centerpiece of the engagement. The year runs in four quarterly sprints, each with a clear theme, objective, and coordinated workstreams across every channel. Because launch is imminent, Q1 runs pre-launch foundation and launch execution in parallel, building the runway and taking off on it at once.

Q1Foundation & Launch

Months 0–3

Build the engine and launch loud, clean, and compliant

Half of this sprint is foundation built in parallel with technical and licensing admin; the other half is launch execution across every channel.

Content Production

Brand-aligned library built ahead of launch; launch campaign assets; compliant creative guardrails established.

Organic Social

Owned channels stood up and verified; content calendar and launch-week sequence live.

Influencer & UGC

Creator shortlist vetted; briefs and contracts templated; first launch creators activated.

Affiliate

Program structure and tracking built; first partners recruited and onboarded.

Paid Media

Certified ad accounts and tracking configured; compliant creative tested in permitted channels.

Account Representation

Embedded pod onboarded; reporting dashboard live; monthly cadence established.

Milestones

  • Launch executed on schedule, before end of September
  • Owned channels live and growing
  • Creator and affiliate programs recruiting
  • Tracking and compliance verified end-to-end
  • First registrations and FTDs
Q2Traction & Proof

Months 3–6

Find and prove the repeatable acquisition paths

With the engine running, this sprint moves from launching channels to optimising them, identifying the specific content, creators, and affiliate partners that drive efficient FTDs.

Content Production

Double down on top-performing formats; build a data-informed content system tied to conversion.

Organic Social

Shift from launch to always-on growth; begin converting organic audience into registrations.

Influencer & UGC

Move from one-off activations to repeatable, formalised creator partnerships.

Affiliate

Grow the partner roster with vetted quality; optimise commercial terms; tighten fraud controls.

Paid Media

Scale only what's proven; refine audiences and creative to drive down cost per registration.

Account Representation

Deepen player and partner relationships; sprint reviews benchmark every channel against target.

Milestones

  • Repeatable acquisition proven across affiliate and creator channels
  • A validated content-to-conversion path
  • Blended CPA trending toward target
  • Healthy early retention signals
Q3Scale

Months 6–9

Pour fuel on what's proven

The focus shifts from discovery to disciplined scale, more creators, more affiliates, more content volume, without letting cost efficiency or compliance slip.

Content Production

Scale output to feed expanded channels; introduce new formats to prevent fatigue.

Organic Social

Grow to a genuine owned community with UGC-led content loops.

Influencer & UGC

Scale the creator roster and tier partnerships into an always-on pipeline.

Affiliate

Mature the program with tiered partners; optimise payouts against LTV, not just FTD volume.

Paid Media

Increase spend behind proven winners; expand permitted channels and placements.

Account Representation

Strategic partner and creator relationships managed hands-on; always-on dashboard introduced.

Milestones

  • Multiple channels scaling in parallel
  • Mature affiliate program contributing significant volume
  • Owned community established
  • Blended CPA held or improved while volume grows
Q4Optimize & Compound

Months 9–12

Finish the year with an engine that is not just bigger, but better

The final sprint is about efficiency and durability: lower blended acquisition cost, deeper retention, and a community and partner network that compounds on its own.

Content Production

Optimise the production system for cost and speed; plan the year-two content roadmap.

Organic Social

Convert community into a retention and reactivation asset; establish the brand as a category voice.

Influencer & UGC

Lock in long-term flagship creator partnerships and formalise an ambassador tier.

Affiliate

Optimise the full program toward retained-player value; reward top partners, prune the tail.

Paid Media

Drive blended CPA down through efficiency; finalise a scalable year-two media model.

Account Representation

Mature loyalty and retention motion; full-year performance review and year-two forecast.

Milestones

  • A durable, compounding acquisition engine
  • Multiple scaled channels and a mature affiliate program
  • An owned community driving retention and advocacy
  • Blended acquisition cost that makes player LTV clearly profitable
  • A clear, funded plan for year two

Section 08

How we operate, and the compliance gate

Link Creative Workflows

How Link Creative operates day to day matters as much as what it delivers. The workflow is built for speed without sacrificing the compliance gate that a real-money gaming brand requires. Every asset moves through the same disciplined path, and nothing publishes without clearing review.

1

Intake & brief

Requests captured against the content calendar and campaign goals

2

Concept

Ideas developed on-brand and mapped to a target KPI

3

Produce

Assets created in the Content Studio across formats and channels

4

Compliance review

Every asset checked for RG messaging, age-gating, geo and terms

5

Approval

Fast, structured sign-off with clear SLAs to protect launch speed

6

Publish

Deployed to the right channel, creator or partner

7

Measure & learn

Performance tracked, learnings fed back into the next cycle

Operating cadence

  • Monthly reporting for months 1 through 6 keeps Rush of Gold fully in the loop through launch and the proving phase.
  • An always-on dashboard replaces the monthly deck from month 6, so performance can be checked any time.
  • Sprint reviews each quarter benchmark performance and reset the plan for the next sprint.
  • Clear approval SLAs are agreed up front so nothing stalls in review during a time-sensitive launch.

The compliance review stage is a non-negotiable gate, not a suggestion. In this category, a single non-compliant asset can cost an ad account or invite regulatory attention. Building the check into the workflow itself, not at the end, protects the brand and keeps channels open.

Section 09

The embedded pod on your account

Your Team

Rush of Gold is not buying a vendor; it is gaining an embedded pod that works as an extension of the founding team. Named individuals and bios are confirmed on engagement. The pod scales with the engagement: a leaner package staffs the core roles, while the full package fields the whole team with priority access.

12-month partnership · à la carte or packages

Investment

There are two ways to engage Link Creative. Buy each service à la carte and pay for exactly what is used, or take a package that bundles the work at a lower monthly rate. Either way, the engagement is structured as a 12-month partnership, billed monthly and delivered in quarterly sprints. Figures are illustrative starting points, finalised against confirmed scope and volumes. Media spend and third-party creator/affiliate payouts are separate and passed through at cost.

Option A — À la carte

Option B — Packages

Starter

Content + organic foundation

$2,449 / mo

  • 1 content shoot / month
  • Creative strategy & graphic design
  • 2 organic platforms managed
  • Account representation, included
  • Monthly reporting

Term

12 months

A real option for beginning narrow. Builds the content engine and organic presence ahead of the channels that carry the launch at scale.

Growth

+ paid media

$4,949 / mo

  • Everything in Starter
  • 2 content shoots / month
  • 3 organic platforms managed
  • Paid media management, included
  • Reporting: monthly, moving to always-on

Term

12 months

Adds certified, compliant paid amplification once organic and content are proving out, without yet building the influencer and affiliate program.

Full Rush

Recommended

The complete acquisition engine

$7,949 / mo

  • Everything in Growth
  • 4 organic platforms managed
  • Influencer & affiliate program, included
  • Account representation, included, priority
  • Reporting: monthly, moving to always-on

Term

12 months

Runs every channel from day one, which is exactly what a compliant, compounding launch needs, since the channels only reach their potential when they work together.

Why Full Rush is the recommendation for launch

Full Rush is the recommendation for launch. It also carries the best monthly value against à la carte. Starter and Growth are real options if Rush of Gold would rather begin narrow, but the interlock between content, organic, paid, creators and affiliates is where the engine's leverage lives.

Full Rush saves roughly $5,550 / month against the equivalent à la carte services; Growth saves roughly $4,550 / month; Starter saves roughly $2,050 / month.

Payment terms

  • 12-month initial partnership, billed monthly, delivered in quarterly sprints, with a Q1 review checkpoint.
  • Media spend and third-party creator/affiliate payouts are billed directly to Rush of Gold's accounts and passed through at cost, never marked up.
  • Extra on-site hours or editing beyond the booked scope are billed à la carte at the rates above.
  • Package contents and volumes are confirmed in a short scoping step before kickoff.

Figures are valid for 30 days from the proposal date and assume the scope and assumptions below.
